Build Real DevOps Skills with Industry Professionals

A 90-day live weekend bootcamp, Linux, Git, Docker, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes and observability, built around four production-style capstone projects.

Taught live by Muhammad Afzal, Abdul Ahad, and Ibrar Ullah, DevOps engineers with five years of hands-on industry experience each.

4 capstone projects
Full refund within first 2 classes

Why this cohort exists

Stop Collecting Tutorials. Start Building Skills.

Most learners have watched hours of tutorials and still freeze when it's time to deploy something real. The problem isn't effort, it's that scattered videos never connect into one working system.

This bootcamp is the structured path we wish we'd had: live classes in Urdu, guided labs, real AWS infrastructure, and two working engineers you can ask questions, every weekend for 12 weeks. You don't just watch. You build, break, fix, and ship.

Practical outcomes

What you'll be able to do.

Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers

Automate administration tasks with Bash

Use Git & GitHub with branches, pull requests and reviews

Containerize applications with Docker

Design and build a fault-tolerant 3-tier architecture on AWS

Write Terraform to provision real infrastructure

Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins

Deploy microservices to EKS and ECS with ArgoCD GitOps

Set up Prometheus + Grafana observability

Finish with 4 deployed capstone projects on your GitHub

Who should join

Who this course is for

University students & fresh CS graduates

Build a practical foundation before your first DevOps role.

Software engineers moving into DevOps

Connect application delivery to infrastructure and operations.

System administrators & IT professionals

Turn operational experience into cloud and automation skills.

QA engineers

Understand the systems and pipelines behind modern delivery.

This course may not be for you if…

  • You want only prerecorded videos
  • You can't attend weekend classes
  • You won't practise between sessions
  • You expect a job guarantee
  • You care more about a certificate than the skills behind it

Three progressive phases

One connected path from Linux to observability.

Every phase uses what you built before it. Nothing exists just to fill a slide.

01

Weeks 1–4

Foundations, Linux, Git & Docker

Systems, operating systems, scripting, version control and containers

02

Weeks 5–8

AWS Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure as Code

From AWS fundamentals to a fully automated 3-tier architecture with CI/CD

03

Weeks 9–12

Container Orchestration & Observability

Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, GitOps with ArgoCD, and production-grade monitoring

Each phase builds directly on the last: the projects from Phase 1 are containerized, the infrastructure from Phase 2 is automated, and everything comes together in Phase 3 under orchestration, GitOps and full observability. Capstones are built progressively across Weeks 7–12.

  • Complete 3-Tier Architecture with CI/CDWeeks 7–8
  • Kubernetes Microservices with ArgoCDWeek 11
  • ECS Deployment with GitHub Actions CI/CDWeek 11
  • Kubernetes Microservices with ArgoCD + Full ObservabilityWeek 12

Learning experience

How the teaching actually works.

Live Zoom classes in Urdu, every weekend

Ask questions in real time and work through concepts with both instructors.

Guided labs on real infrastructure

Follow the workflow, inspect what happens and troubleshoot with support.

Projects from the first phase

Three mini-projects lead into four production-style capstones from Week 7.

Private WhatsApp group

Share questions, logs and progress with your 25-person cohort.

Recordings for 6 months

Every session is recorded so you can revisit the material and catch up.

4 bonus career-support sessions

Wednesday resume building and doubt-clearing sessions in the final month.

Direct instructor feedback

This is a cohort, not a one-way webinar.

No certificate, on purpose

Your portfolio of deployed projects is the credential we optimize for.

Meet your instructors

Learn from engineers who work with the technologies they teach.

Muhammad, Ahad, and Ibrar teach the systems they operate: production AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, reliability, VMware and cloud cost optimization.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you enrol.

Is this course beginner-friendly?

Yes, the program starts from operating-system and Linux fundamentals and builds up week by week. It's designed for people with a computer-science background: students, fresh graduates, and engineers moving into DevOps.

Do I need programming or DevOps experience?

No DevOps experience is needed. Basic computer-science familiarity is enough, scripting is taught from scratch in Week 3, and every tool is introduced before it's used.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop that can run virtual machines ([MIN_LAPTOP_SPECS]) and a stable internet connection for Zoom.

Are the classes live?

Yes, every class is live on Zoom, Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00–3:00 PM PKT. You can ask questions in real time.

Are recordings provided?

Yes. Every session is recorded, and you keep access for 6 months after the course ends.

What language are classes taught in?

Live instruction is in Urdu. All materials, labs and the syllabus are in English, the same language you'll use on the job.

How many classes are included?

28 live sessions: 24 weekend classes across 12 weeks, plus 4 bonus Wednesday sessions in the final month for resume building and doubt-clearing.

What happens if I miss a class?

Watch the recording, then bring your questions to the WhatsApp group or a Wednesday doubt-clearing session. You won't be left behind.

Can I join after September 5?

Yes, enrolment stays open until 5 September 2026. If you join after the first weekend, you catch up with the recordings.

Will I receive a certificate?

No, and that's deliberate. This is a completely hands-on program. A certificate is just a tag; the credential that actually gets interviews is the four capstone projects you'll deploy and push to your own GitHub. That's what we optimize for.

Is job placement guaranteed?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. What you get is real skills, four production-style projects, and dedicated resume sessions in the final month. The rest is honest work, yours and ours.

How do I enrol?

Message us on WhatsApp. We'll share the payment details, answer your questions, and confirm your seat, 25 seats for Cohort 1.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, 3 instalments. The plan is shared on WhatsApp.

Is the fee refundable?

Yes. Attend the first 2 classes, if you're not satisfied, you get a full refund. We'd rather earn your trust than keep your fee.

What are deserving-student seats?

Our mission is to make cloud and AI education free for deserving students. So in every cohort, 5 of the 25 seats are completely free for students who genuinely cannot afford the fee, same classes, same labs, same attention. If that's you, message us on WhatsApp with a short note about your situation and why you want to learn DevOps.

How can I sponsor a deserving student?

Message us on WhatsApp. Sponsorship is handled directly with the instructors, and your money is used only for cloud and AI education and to expand these free seats to more deserving students in future cohorts.

Will there be assignments and projects?

Yes, mini-projects in Phase 1 (health-check script, GitHub Pages site, Dockerized site) and four Masters Capstone projects built progressively from Week 7 onward.
